IT Senior Technical Lead

Responsibilities:
 
Analyze various documentation functional/technical specifications and convert them into technical design.
  • Ensure development team follow the process guidelines and technical standards
  • Develop work allocation and task assignments, prioritize tasks
  • Orient, train, assign and check the work of team members
  • Conduct preliminary testing of the pages developed by team members
  • Coordinate with various geographical region stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project tasks
  • Update know how on latest Microsoft technologies, software development methodologies and trends that add value to the project.
Requirements:
 
A Computer Science or related degree is preferred, with 6 to 8 Years of Experience on application development with minimum 3 years on Microsoft centric application development  of .NET and ASP.Net /C# development skills, and preferably with 1+ years SharePoint development.
  • Experience in specific MOSS features such as Workflow, Records Management, Business Data Catalog, Content Deployment, and Localization is a plus.
  • Strong foundation of good design/programming practices
  • Have led at least one full implementation of SharePoint development project end to end (preferably an Enterprise - wide  implementation)
  • Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills
  • Exemplary leadership skills and ability to lead a team of 4 to 8 people
  • Assertive and confident when articulating idea/opinion
  • Proactive with intuitive attitude and a strong self starter
  • Ability to coordinate in a global and highly-matrixed environment
