IT Software Development Manager

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the design and delivery of company's next generation sales tools application; supporting both the company's ecommerce store and the offline sales channel. The candidate shall also be responsible for leading quality improvement and team development initiatives. Candidates should be passionate about their work, be eager to share and mentor and to work with a great global team.

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience of cutting edge processes, practices and technologies in software architecture and development

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft .Net framework and C#; with experience in middle tier and distributed development.
• Expected to have exposure and experience with frameworks other than .Net.
• Experience and exposure to other technologies will be considered a bonus
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a global team environment
• Self-starter, show initiative and quick to learn
• Strong abilities to communicate, lead and mentor.
